I’m an experienced creative leader and designer with a diverse background in various design disciplines.
Design is not limited by industry or specializations. Design is about communicating clearly and simply in forms that work in the right context.

I've had a broad and in-depth journey through multiple fields of design, starting in 2008 as a Stopmotion animator. Over the next 10 years, I designed everything from books, games, theme parks, brands, investor decks, content and a 15m glass wall etching in Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. I'm also a classical oil painter who's sold paintings and done commissions.

Over the past several years, my focus has shifted toward building and scaling product experiences.

At FrankieOne, I’ve driven the end-to-end Portal experience across KYC, KYB, fraud and transaction monitoring — translating complex regulatory and technical systems into scalable operator-first workflows. I’ve led cross-functional product direction, built foundational UX architecture for a lifecycle-based identity platform, and explored AI-native approaches to compliance and verification.

At MoneySmart, I led design strategy, visual languages and team growth across multiple disciplines.

I care deeply about craft — but I care just as much about clarity, scalability and building design systems that hold under real-world complexity.
