  • Led end-to-end Portal design across KYC, KYB, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring and OneSDK.
  • Owned the Portal UX from concept to development handoff across multiple squads, designing scalable patterns for complex workflows, edge cases and multi-vendor integrations via a single API.
  • Designed the KYB V2 Portal experience through discovery, validation and dev handoff
  • Discovered and designed the Onboarding Fraud + Transaction Monitoring experience, addressing major V1 gaps and rethinking activity/risk review for larger customers through interviews and prospect solution calls.
  • Shipped onboarding fraud and transaction monitoring during a period without a dedicated PM, partnering directly with the engineering lead and incorporating feedback from Sales, Implementation and customers to guide product decisions.
  • Led Portal product during the PM gap: triaged support tickets and escalations from CS, customers, Implementation and Sales, dug into root causes, and aligned engineers on the highest-leverage fixes.
  • Designed out-of-the-box Business Onboarding Forms, joined product demos and prospect calls, and used live discovery to rapidly iterate the experience.
  • Created AI experience vision demos exploring automation and copilot workflows for identity and compliance; presented to customers and internal teams to shape FrankieOne’s AI direction.
  • Expanded the design team from 2 to 3 designers, establishing clearer squad ownership and raising expectations around commercial and customer engagement.
  • Partnered with Marketing to evolve brand guidelines and support case studies and event materials.

  • Partnered with Product managers across Portal, KYC and KYB to define and translate the V2 experience strategy into a scalable operational platform for identity and risk management.
  • Co-developed the V2 experience direction with Product Managers, aligning Portal, KYC and KYB into a unified lifecycle-based model.
  • Translated high-level product strategy into a clear UX vision, information architecture and interaction framework for an operator-first working environment.
  • Conducted customer interviews to validate new KYC, KYB, automation workflows and AI-powered features iterating designs based on real operational constraints, and discovering product opportunities alongside the product team.
  • Shipped IDV checks within the v2 Portal, working closely with engineering, implementation teams, sales and customer success to support early customer adoption and close experience gaps during initial V2 rollout.
